A visit to the zoo makes you hungry: In the newly renovated Waldschänke, we await you in a cozy, rustic atmosphere with traditional, friendly hospitality! We are there for you daily with our healthy, fresh cuisine. In addition to fresh salads and soups, a culinary selection from pots and pans is available. A special highlight is our homemade cakes and sweet treats. For the little zoo visitors, there are delicious kids’ menus; on our large terrace – directly opposite the children’s playground – you can gather strength for your next discoveries!

Our little guests decide here: The kids have the choice and can put together their original Picky Plate as they wish from the offers at our market stands (excluding grill) or choose one of our special kids’ dishes. A drink and a great surprise gift (give away), which changes monthly, complete the offer.
