The Restaurant Flamingo in Munich Zoo Hellabrunn welcomes its guests in a colorful feel-good atmosphere. From the terrace, you can enjoy a unique view of the Flamingo enclosure. Choose from homemade pasta variations, crisp salads, and crispy-thin pizzas. Homemade lemonades contribute to your refreshment. The little guests are well catered for with a Kids Menu.
Slurping Pasta
We, of course, make our rigatoni noodles fresh in-house every day.
Whether typically Italian pasta “Carbonara”, exotic “Chicken meets Mango”, or creamy as “Cheesy Gorgonzola” – at the Flamingo, variety comes to your plate!
Munching on Salad
Hand-cut and crispy fresh: Whether “Classic Caesar” or “Mama’s Mozzarella” – with us, salad is creatively interpreted.
If you want to top that, order chicken, king prawns, Serrano ham, or bacon individually as an extra.
Kids Menu
For our little guests: With our Kids Menu, you get a children’s meal with a regional juice or a small drink on an original Picky Plate, or put together a Picky Plate as you wish from the offers at our market stands (excluding grill). There is also a monthly changing surprise from €7.90 – only valid for children up to 10 years.

In the midst of a cozy farmhouse atmosphere, there are great products to discover in the village shop. Enjoy a small snack: whether fresh sandwiches, topped focaccia, warm meatloaf with bread rolls, or cake and soft ice cream – according to your mood.
