Our training programs

3-year training programs:

  • Specialist in System Catering: Learn everything about gastronomy, business expertise, and open kitchen practice.
  • Restaurant and Event Catering Specialist: Become a host with fresh style and creative competence in restaurant and event operations.
  • Chef/Cook: Wield the cooking spoon in open kitchens and experience live cooking like at a market.
  • Pastry Chef: Let your creativity run free and create exceptional pastries.

2-year training programs:

  • Kitchen Assistant: Learn all the basics in the restaurant kitchen and set your foundation to become a chef/cook.
  • Catering Specialist: Build comprehensive expertise in gastronomy and especially in service.
  • Bakery sales assistant: Inspire guests with the wide range of products in the patisserie or bakery (duration: 2.5 years).
