Our training programs

3-year training programs:

Specialist in system catering: Learn everything about gastronomy, commercial expertise, and open kitchen practice.

Restaurant and event gastronomy specialist: Become a host with fresh style and creative competence in restaurant and event everyday life.

Chef/Cook: Swing the cooking spoon in open kitchens and experience live cooking like on a market.

Confectioner: Give free rein to your creativity and create exceptional pastries.

2-year training programs:

Kitchen specialist: Learn all the basics in the restaurant kitchen and set your prerequisite to become a chef/cook.

Gastronomy specialist: Build up extensive expertise in gastronomy and especially service.

Bakery sales assistant: Inspire guests for the diverse range of the confectionery or bakery (duration: 2.5 years).
